Eating Healthy To Maintain A Healthy Weight

Eating healthy involves making smart choices at every meal, and a balanced diet helps you manage your weight by reducing over-eating and consuming empty calories. According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, evidence-based guidelines published every five years by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), a healthy diet emphasizes fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy products, whole grains, lean meats and fish, nuts, beans and eggs. A healthy eating plan that focuses on weight management should also be low in saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, and added sugars while remaining within your daily recommended caloric range.

Enjoy Healthy Foods with hCG Drops

While adopting a healthy eating plan may seem difficult at first, the best way to adapt is to focus on the foods you can enjoy, rather than those that do not fit in to a balanced diet. Fresh fruits can help satisfy a sweet tooth, and when they are not in season, you can purchase them canned or frozen. Fresh vegetables can be prepared in a myriad of different ways, so try something different if you have become bored of the traditional dishes. Make a commitment to try one new vegetable each week, and soon you will have a wide variety of favorites from which to choose.  When combined with the hCG drops that have become popular you can maintain a lower weight than you ever have.

Lighten Up Your Favorite Recipes

Although some foods are out of the question, such as fried foods and sugar-coated confections, eating healthier does not mean giving up all your favorites. Using lower-calorie ingredients can make almost any recipe healthier. For example, try using low-fat or fat-free dairy products such as milk, cheese, butter, sour cream, and buttermilk in your recipes. If a recipe requires frying food, try baking or grilling instead. By substituting healthier ingredients and preparation methods, you can still enjoy your favorite comfort foods without packing on the pounds.

Stay Consistent

Eating healthy requires staying consistent with your food choices by always eating foods that promote a balanced diet. Fill your plate with fresh, whole foods, and avoid processed junk food. Over time, these choices will result in better eating habits and a healthier weight.

Place the balance trainer dome-side down, then get into a pushup position with your shoulders directly over your wrists. Keeping your hips in place, bend one knee toward your chest, then return to the starting position. Repeat quickly with the other knee, and continue alternating.

Start in a pushup position with your hands on a BOSU balance trainer and your feet more than hip-width apart. Lower your right forearm onto the Mm dome, then your left, keeping your body in a straight line. Push back to the starting position, moving your left hand first. That's one rep.
